Meet the Team

12.20 IQ Orbital story large-94-1

David Craft’s passion for physical therapy began at a young age while watching a family member’s life transform for the better. He knew he wanted to make the same impact each and every day.

After overcoming a broken tibia injury in college, his desire for health and fitness revamped.

He utilizes his knowledge and experience to bridge the gap between physical therapy and strength and conditioning.

The main goal for all of his clients is not only for them to move and feel better, but to educate and exceed their performance goals for longevity.

David played baseball at Piedmont University, prior to attending the University of Florida for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife(Carly) and his dogs (Moose & Mac), most likely outdoors or in the gym.

Welcome members of the triad. My name is Stefan Kinnin and I am personal trainer, CrossFit level 1 trainer, and hold multiple nutrition certifications. I graduated from High Point University with a BS in chemistry. With a passion for sport and training, I quickly related my chemistry background with the physics and biomechanics of training. I saw a lot of cookie cutter programs and trainers using the same routines for multiple clients. I have used my background with proven strength and conditioning principles to deliver programs personalized to each client to receive guaranteed results. If you’re ready for your movement to be elite, I’m here for all goals, big or small.
